Fixtures are out for the biggest ever Northern Ireland Women’s Premiership season which gets underway on Friday 21 April.
Now expanded to ten clubs, this year also marks the advent of professionalism for women’s football in Northern Ireland, which features the majority of fixtures being played on Friday evenings throughout the summer months.
In the first round of fixtures, reigning champions Cliftonville host Linfield at Solitude on the opening night, whilst there are away trips for the two newly promoted sides as Ballymena United travel to Crusaders Strikers and Larne make the trip to Sion Swifts.
In the other games, last season’s runners-up Glentoran welcome Derry City Women and Lisburn Ladies meet Mid Ulster at the Bluebell Stadium.
