Liverpool have confirmed that Natasha Harding will be leaving the club after turning down a new contract.

After playing for Cardiff City LFC and Bristol Academy, the forward spent a year with Manchester City in 2016, before moving on to Liverpool, for whom she scored 7 goals in 24 appearances.

Wales vice-captain Harding (28), who represented Team GB at the 2011 World University Games, has chalked up 50 caps for country.

On her spell with the Reds, Harding told ladies.liverpoolfc.com “I have loved my time at Liverpool Ladies and have made some great friends who will remain friends for life. Liverpool Ladies is a big club with some really talented players but I just felt as though I needed a new challenge at this stage in my career.”

The WSL winter transfer window closes on 25 January.
