England reached the UEFA Women’s U-17 Championship Elite Round with a game to spare after beating Bosnia and Herzegovina 4-0.
The win over the mini-tournament hosts followed on from Monday’s 2-0 defeat of Croatia and means Lydia Bedford’s side only need to draw against Belgium on Sunday to finish top of the group.
Chelsea’s Aggie Beever-Jones opened the scoring on 14 minutes and Maria Edwards made it 2-0 before the break.
Lucy Watson extended the lead early in the second half and Maisie Symonds added a fourth with just under quarter of an hour remaining.
