Millwall meet Brighton for the second time this season, earlier winning 2-1 as Samantha Booker and Lucy Fitzgerald scored.
Northern Division leaders Manchester City meet basement side Durham, while second-placed Doncaster are home t0 second-bottom Birmingham City.
Sunderland go into a tie with Liverpool having already beaten the Reds 2-1 in the league, with goals by Katie Barker and Georgia Gibson.
