Haywards Heath Town (formerly Crawley Wasps) came through 4-2 at Brentford, with Brooke Garcia and Sophie Phelps netting together with a couple of their trialists.

Lois Cooper took just seconds to give Thackley the lead against Bury, Lauren Tate doubling the advantage direct from a free kick.

Ynys Mon (Anglesey) geared up for the Nat West International Island Games – starting next weekend in Guernsey- with a draw at Chester, for whom Molly Wood scored.

Norton & Stockton Ancients U-23s went behind at their counterparts from Hartlepool United but led at the break 2-1, before storming to a 14-1 scoreline with four apiece from Katie Ormerod and Maddie Myers plus three by Sacha Millward

Wythenshawe twice levelled to draw 2-2 at Mancunian Unity, Curzon Ashton got a very late equaliser to hold Bolton Wanderers 1-1.

Alex Davie hit a hat-trick to help Dunfermline draw a ten-goal thriller away to East Fife Development.
