Women’s International friendlies on Saturday 12 November brought 7-0 victories for both Belgium and Turkey.

Belgium sank Slovakia 7-0 with Tessa Wullaert on target twice, Turkey triumphed over Jordan by the same scoreline.

Colombia edged Zambia 1-0 as Mayra Ramirez’s sixth-minute goal proved sufficient, Iran also beat Belarus by the only goal with Melika Metoli finding the net on half-time.

Slovenia came from behind to beat Kosovo 3-1, as Mateja Zver bagged a brace.

World Cup hopefuls Chile trailed for almost an hour against the Philippines – who have qualified for their first finals – until Sonya Keefe cancelled out Hali Long’s opener in a 1-1 tie.

One-apiece was also how it finished between Fiji and the Solomon Islands.
