We are now recruiting for a Women’s First Team Coach based at our world class training facility; the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. The Women’s First Team recently won the FAWPL play-off final and having also met on and off-field licensing criteria will compete in The FA Women’s Super League (WSL) in 2017. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a successful winning first team squad who are capable of competing in the league and ideally have previous experience of coaching in the Women’s Super League (or equivalent elite level league or national team).

Applicants must be an FA licensed coach and hold a minimum of a ‘UEFA A’ Certificate with an FA Youth Award for Module 1, 2 and 3 along with FA Safeguarding and FA Emergency Aid certification. Successful candidates will have a valid and Enhanced FA DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check or be willing to have one conducted prior to commencement of employment. Candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working hours to attend all given training sessions and match days.
