GROUP A: Menorca 2-1 Greenland, Gotland 2-0 Hitra
GROUP B: Ynys Môn 1-4 Åland, Western Isles 2-0 Isle of Man
GROUP C: Isle of Wight 8-1 Gibraltar
Gotland and Menorca meet in the Group A decider on Wednesday, after they both claimed back to back wins.
Hosts Gotland scored in each half to beat Hitra 2-0, Hilda Nygren opening the scoring and Marie Höglund sealing the points on 73 minutes.
Menorca came from behind to defeat Greenland, who had gone ahead through Paneeraq Fleischer. Celia Calvo levelled on the half-hour and Irene Vidal got the winner midway into the second half.
Aland lead Group B with maximum points from two games after inflicting a second defeat for Ynys Mon (Anglesey).
Hanna Måsabacka and Lina Holm scored in the first 16 minutes, with Josefin Flöjt and Lisa Klingberg taking the lead to 4-0 after the break, before Charlotte Gill converted a consolation penalty.
Western Isles went level on points with Isle of Man following a 2-0 victory over the Manx team. Beth Macleod netted in the first minute and Mary Macleod doubled the advantage on the hour mark.
Isle of Wight won Group C after thrashing Gibraltar 8-1.
Gibraltar had two players sent off, Nicola Asquez in the first half and Sheralyn Orfila in the dying minutes.
There were braces by Katy Rawlinson, Gemma Woodford and Susan Cullen, with Ellena Crutcher also getting on the scoresheet.
