Whittlesey Athletic were 2-1 winners over Newmarket Town Development in the Cambridgeshire Women’s Junior Cup Final.
Eastern Regional side Whittlesey scored the first two goals of the game against their County League hosts, Chelsea Burr and Aliyah Palmer finding the net before the break.
Newmarket had a second-half goal disallowed and were also twice denied by the crossbar, before pulling one back from the penalty spot.
