Northern Ireland’s Ashley Hutton earned her side a draw away to Wales with a last-gasp leveller in a busy night of UEFA Women’s Championship qualifiers.
GROUP A – Holders the Netherlands continued their winning start with a 3-0 victory over Turkey with goals by Stefanie van der Gragt, Danielle van de Donk and a Sherida Spitse spot-kick.
Russia defeated Estonia 4-0, Nelli Korovkina with two of their goals and Slovenia put five past Kosovo with doubles by Lara Prasnikar and Mateja Zver.
GROUP B – Italy had to settle for just a 1-0 win in Georgia, Cristiana Girelli netting when following up her 24th-minute penalty which Tatia Gabunia had parried.
Bosnia and Herzegovina beat Malta 2-0 with both goals by Milena Nikolić in the last 18 minutes.
GROUP C – Northern Ireland started well in Wales and took an early lead with a Simone Magill header after Sarah McFadden had nodded the ball back into the box.
An Angharad James strike going in off Emma Jones levelled the game midway through the half. Wales went in front on 69 minutes when a Rhiannon Roberts cross was headed in by Kayleigh Green but the 1,676 crowd were denied the win as deep into added time.
Marissa Callaghan earlier hit the bar but Ashley Hutton would turn in a Demi Vance free-kick to make it 2-2.
Belarus hit the Faroe Islands for six with a couple each from Karina Olkhovik, Anastasia Shcherbachenia and substitute Anastasia Kharlanova.
GROUP F – Sweden had to come from behind in a 4-1 result in Latvia, Olga Sevcova’s opener cancelled out by Linda Sembrandt before Amanda Ilestedt, Kosovare Asllani and Caroline Seger all added one each.
Denmark only led through a Lia Barkai own-goal in Israel until Nadia Nadim and Pernille Harder made sure of victory in the last 10 minutes.
GROUP G – Austria scored all three goals in the first 45 against North Macedonia, through Laura Feiersinger, Julia Hickelsberger-Füller and Barbara Dunst.
GROUP H – Switzerland had a narrow interval advantage over Lithuania due to Milda Liužinaitė’s own-goal but Fabienne Humm, Ramona Bachmann and Ana-Marie Crnogorčević all added to the lead.
Janice Cayman netted three times as Belgium sent Croatia home beaten 6-1, Tine De Caigny, Laura Deloose and Davinia Vanmechelen their other scorers.

GROUP I – Tyler Toland gave Republic of Ireland an early lead over Montenegro and Katie McCabe sealed the points with a second-half penalty.
Germany made 18 goals in two qualifiers with an 8-0 win away to Ukraine. Sara Dabritz hit a hat-trick, Lina Magull, Felicitas Rauch, Lena Oberdorf, Svenja Huth and Leonie Maier also found the net but Alexandra Popp saw her spot-kick saved by Kateryna Samson.
