The 24 year-old versatile attacker began at the mixed club of AVG Mauges before spending a year with FC Ingrandes le Fresne.
Davy then had a spell in South Carolina, afterwhich she moved to the UK and competed in the Champions League for Cardiff Met, before eventually joining Watford.
Although she trained with ASJ Soyaux-Charente last May, she decided to finish the season with the Hornets and returned to France last month before committing to a contract.
Davy told asjsoyauxcharente.com that she carefully followed the results of the club, which she feels are good given the changes, especially with the arrival of Nicolas Goursat as co-coach, plus new recruits.
The prospect of playing in Division 1 has helped convince her of the move. She intends to bring her experience to add value to the team and has the ambition to progress.
Soyaux-Charente currently sit ninth in the twelve-team French top flight.
