Watford have already confirmed ten pre-season friendlies shared between their 1st team and U-23s, ahead of the new campaign in the FA Women’s National League South.
Watford FC Ladies say that Armand Kavaja’s squad get back to business in July, ahead of a season start date of Sunday 18th August 2018.
All current friendlies are away from home and include double-headers against Leicester City WFC, Lewes, Cheltenham Town and London Bees.
The Hornets’ pre-season schedule is as follows:
1st Team:
Sunday 22nd July – Leicester City Women & DS (2pm, & 12pm)
Sunday 29th July – Lewes 1st & Res (KO TBC)
Sunday 5th August – Cheltenham Town 1st & Res (KO TBC)
Wednesday 8th August – Cambridge United (7:45pm)
Sunday 12th August – London Bees 1st & DS (KO TBC)
Thursday 16th August – Japanese University Team (Teikyo School, Slough, 5pm)
