Wales will play Norway, Denmark and hosts Bosnia & Herzegovina in the Elite Round, as they make their bid for the Finals Tournament in the Czech Republic in May.
The squad includes Bronwen Thomas and Amina Vine, who are currently in the senior squad and competing in the Cyprus Cup.
To reach this stage, Wales finished second in their qualifying round group above Turkey and Latvia. Germany won the group and also progressed.
