As in Wednesday’s match, Wales opened the scoring before the visitors levelled, with the home nation then adding two more goals for an identical 3-1 result, watched by a crowd of 649.
Wales made the breakthrough just before the halfhour, as Kayleigh Green fired a shot into the bottom corner of the net.
Shortly afterwards it was nearly 2-0 with Green heading against the bar and Bronwen Thomas firing over from the rebound.
But on 33 minutes it was the Irish that scored, when Julie Nelson headed past goalkeeper Laura O’Sullivan from a corner.
Green went close with another headed from a Gemma Evans free-kick, while O’Sullivan was called upon to deny Caragh Milligan.
Two minutes after the restart and Nadia Lawrence fired Wales back in front with a fine finish into the bottom corner.
Rachel Rowe brought a good save from Emma Higgins but the keeper was unable to keep out a loopjng effort from substitute Hayley Ladd in the 80th minute.
