Arsenal drew 1-1 away to Juventus to stay top of their UEFA Women’s Champions League group by two points from their Italian hosts.

Group C

FC Zurich 0-3 Lyon
Juventus 1-1 Arsenal

Group D

Barcelona 3-0 Bayern Munich
Benfica 1-0 Rosengard

Juventus threatened to knock Arsenal of the top of the table as Cristiana Girelli played in Lineth Beerensteyn to race into the box and slot home soon after the interval. But the Gunners were soon back on level terms, with Vivianne Miedema heading home from Frida Maanum’s corner.

Lyon claimed their first win at the third attempt, Wendie Malard heading them in front early on in Zurich and Signed Bruun later bagging a brace.

Barcelona have three wins from three games, the latest coming with three goals against Bayern Munich. Aitana Bonmatí and Geyse and Claudia Pina found the net as Barca moved three points clear of their visitors.

Benfica are off the mark following a narrow win from a dominant performance over Rosengard. Cloe Lacasse got the only goal, midway through the first half.

The next round of matches is on 7 & 8 December, with the remaining group games all taking place midweek before the festive break.
