Trio Promoted From Durham League

Champions Boldon CA Villa were promoted to the North East League along with runners-up Boro Rangers (formerly Stockton West End) and third-placed Consett.

St. Cuthberts Amazons and Darlington Spraire go up to Division 1 after taking first and second place respectively in the Development Division.

Chester le Street-based Waldridge Park, Hartlepool United Development and Lumley Pinks are newcomers in a 14-team Development Division, with 9 sides in the First.
