The Southern Reserve Division champions took an 11th-minute lead as Ronnell Humes broke clear on the left and crossed for Amy Makewell to hit home a first-time volley.

Humes’ corner close to half-time was headed towards the top right by Leanne Mabey but Hannah Walsh blocked on the line for Blackburn.

Morgan then kept out an effort from Montgomery before Leigh Wightman proded in Abby Bennett’s 87th-minute corner to forcde extra-time.

When Humes got clean through and beat Katie Maher, Chelsey Jukes came to Rovers rescue.

Moments after Mongomery was inches from scoring Rovers’ second, Belle Shannon set up Humes to restore Tottenham’s lead.

Three minutes later and Humes struck again from another ball by Shannon, to secure the trophy.
