Tottenham Hotspur Women sign Polish international Nikola Karczewska until 2024, with the option to extend for a further year.
Karczewska joined FC Fleury in June, 2021, and made 24 appearances, scoring 10 times. Finishing the year as the club’s top goalscorer, her contributions were key to Les Essonniennes achieving their highest ever finish in the Division 1 Féminine.
The 22-year-old earlier spent two seasons at Gornik Leczna, helping the side clinch qualification to the UEFA Women’s Champions League, in which she would score four times.
She made her senior debut for Poland in June, 2019 and has since added a further twelve caps to her tally and found the back of the net seven times, featuring a double hat-trick.
Head Coach Rehanne Skinner commented: “Niki is an exciting addition who will strengthen our forward line. Her performances in France and Poland over the last two years show how capable she is in front of goal, and we are looking forward to helping her push on in the WSL. She’s very determined with a great attitude.”
