A graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University, Shields possesses undergraduate and post graduate degrees in the Coaching and Sport Psychology domains in addition to a number of FA, FA Youth Award, LMA , USSF and NSCAA certifications. Siting roles as a University Lecturer, Division I College Assistant, National Staff Coach Educator, Club Director of Coaching and US Soccer Region I Olympic Development Program coach on an ever growing list of accomplishments, Hull say they are extremely excited to share Tom’s experience with the players and staff alike and look forward to his input in supporting us realize their Super league ambitions.
