Swansea City Ladies move within five points of leaders

Swansea City took the points at Pontypridd United on Wednesday to cut the gap on Genero Adran Premier leaders Cardiff City FC.

Swansea City are within five points of leaders Cardiff City FC after their win at Pontypridd United on Wednesday. Katy Hosford fired them ahead and set up Jess Williams to nod in the second in the last ten minutes.

The New Saints were three up against Abergavenny, but the referee decided not to start the second half due to a frozen pitch at Park Hall.

Briton Ferry’s win at Swansea University put them three points clear at the top. Jess Denscombe’s goal just after the half hour mark, was added to by Lucy Powell and Megan Kearle.
