The defensive midfielder is included in a 16-strong squad for the game at Chatham Town FC on Thursday, February 23rd.
Guyon, who has transferred from C&K Basildon to Ipswich Town, and her new team-mate Rox Small are added to the squad that defeated Hertfordshire 4-2 in November.
Suffolk squad: Charlie Osborne (Walsham-le-Willows), Eilish Brogan (Lowestoft Town), Sian Fagg, Aimee Harrison, Eva Hubbard Sophie Welton, Beth Welton, Rox Small (all Ipswich Town), Abbie Everson (Lowestoft Town), Paige Shorten (Norwich City), Amy Howlett, Laura Guyon (both Ipswich Town), Gemma Moore (Lowestoft Town), Mia Etheridge (AFC Sudbury), Hollie Clement, Natasha Thomas (both Ipswich Town).
Suffolk know that a win or a draw will see them retain the Fred Welham Cup, but they will attempt to do so without the services of Emma Manning, who has been manager for the past two seasons.
Emma has recently been appointed by The FA as the Women’s Talent Technical Coach for the East Region, and is therefore unable to take control of the Suffolk side.
Chris Smith, who has been coach for the past two seasons, will be in charge and will be assisted by Suffolk FA Representative Team Co-ordinator Darryn Marsh.
Marsh told suffolkfa.com: “The squad remains generally unchanged from the group that travelled to Hertfordshire and got a very positive result.
“I feel it is important to reward the girls well such as Beth and Sophie Welton, Abbie Everson and Mia Etheridge who came into the last squad at short notice and did very.
“Sadly, we have lost two players this season from the squad in Millie Davis and Aimee Durrant who are now ineligible after transferring out of county but I think this shows the depth we have in the county.
“We have a nice balance in the squad with younger players who have come through the Suffolk FA Advanced Coaching Centre such as Eva and Mia retaining their places and experienced heads who know what the quality of Kent will be all about and will thrive in the environment.
“We have been able to call up Laura Guyon to the squad for the first time this season. She is a player who has represented both Essex and Suffolk in the past. She generally has the quality and the match experience to allow us to get the result we need.”
Should Kent claim all three points, they could then finish top by defeating Hertfordshire.
