Birmingham City were rewarded for eliminating holders Arsenal with another home draw and they will host Chelsea on Easter Monday.
Chelsea have played in both the Wembley finals but did lose to Birmingham on penalties five years ago.
Manchester City are just one win away from their first ever FA Cup Final but Liverpool stand in their way.
The Reds themselves have not reached the final since 1996, when they lost to Croydon in a shoot-out.
