Tottenham Hotspur sealed a four-year transfer deadline day deal for Spain international midfielder Maite Oroz from Real Madrid.
The 26-year-old, who has 15 caps for her country and four goals, was part of the side that won the UEFA Women’s Nations League this year.
She made 116 appearances for Athletic Bilbao before joining Real Madrid for their inaugural season in the 2020/21 campaign.
A mainstay of Las Blancas’ side, her 146 games for the team is their second-highest. This includes 24 Liga F appearances last season, as she netted five goals for the runners-up to champions Barcelona.
