Spurs Women sign Amanda Nildén on loan from Juventus

Tottenham Hotspur have taken Sweden international defender Amanda Nildén on loan from Juventus until the end of the season.

The 25-year-old, who earlier spent two seasons with Brighton, joins Spurs with an option to make the loan deal permanent in the summer.

She played in the Damallsvenskan for AIK and Eskilstuna United, later making 62 appearances for Juve, whom she helped to the triple in the 2021/22 campaign.

Nildén has seven caps for her country and has featured in 15 UEFA Women’s Champions League matches.
