Simpkins, who re-joined the club in 2015, became the first ever professional player at the Belles following their promotion to FA WSL1.
And now she will be with Emma Coates’ side for her immediate future.
On extended her deal, Simpkins told doncasterroversbelles.co.uk: “I’m happy to get this sorted thats important for me. Over the years I’ve learnt if you can be happy at a club it will only help bring the best out of you.
“It’s a special feeling putting on that Belles shirt. Preparations are already underway for next season and I’m fully focused & looking forward to embracing another challenging season.
“We have the best fans. They are such a big part of this club a going out there to play knowing that the fans have your back is appreciated and helped in my decision.
“A manager always has a big influence on your decision. Emma has shown belief in me and already supported my development in such a short space of time and I trust that she can play integral role in me becoming a better player.”
Manager Emma Coates added: “We’re delighted that Emily has extended her contract. She gives her all for us on and off the pitch. Her experience and level of professionalism will be important next season.”
