Shipping
All prices for magazines and other printed material include post and packaging (we like to keep it simple like that). For all other products there is a standard rate of £1.50 for orders to be delivered inside the UK and £5 for orders outside of the UK.
Most orders in stock are shipped between 1 and 2 business days, using Royal Mail’s Second Class service, but due to the current situation we can not guarantee for your item to reach you within this time. If you have not received your item within 14 working days please contact us. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and give you an idea of waiting time or offer a refund.
If you require URGENT DELIVERY (it’s little Jenny’s birthday and you’ve gone and forgot to get her an ace pressie, for example) then please contact us directly, or call +44 1914424001 to arrange priority mailing.
Refund, Returns and Cancellations
- We will not offer refunds or accept returns of magazines and other printed material.
- You have 28 days in which to return/request a refund for an item.
