Offered in partnership with She Kicks magazine, this scholarship is open to two outstanding female applicants who can demonstrate that UCFB degree can assist them with their career ambitions.
Applicants will be selected based on their academic profile or extra-curricular activities, such as community engagement or volunteering. Previous experience in sport or is not necessary, just a commitment and drive towards working in the world of sport business and a belief that a career in sport is open to people of all genders and backgrounds.
The She Kicks scholarship will be awarded in a form of an internship at She Kicks magazine or a partner organisation, with all travel and accommodation expenses covered up to a maximum value of £3,000.
Previous interns at She Kicks Magazine had the opportunity to work on the magazine and website; visit and report on the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Jordan and at attend Soccerex – the global football business convention – as part of our anniversary celebrations. Award recipients will also receive a free yearly subscription to She Kicks and FC Business magazines.
