A brace by the Scottish Women’s Championship top scorer Jemma McQullian helped Rossvale overcome an early lead by Dryburgh Athletic to win 4-1 in Dundee.
Chelsea Lownie had given the hosts an early lead with a cool chip, but Rossvale dug deep to carve out a win, with captain Lauren Coleman also scoring two.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle, who had beaten Rossvale at home on the opening day, were undone on the road for a second week in a row, Renfrew running out eventual 3-2 winners. Morton, meanwhile, were beaten 3-1 by Hutchison Vale.
In the late kick off, Livingston held on to top spot in the league with a 2-1 victory at home to Ayr United.
In SWF League One, Falkirk took maximum points in their derby with Stenhousemuir, Eva Rule scoring a late goal to retain their place at the top of the table.
The Edinburgh sides enjoyed a dominant day, with Edinburgh Caledonia putting seven past BSC Glasgow at Meadowbank in a 7-1 win, while FC Edinburgh found their rhythm against St Mirren, winning 4-0 in Paisley.
Also notching up four goals without reply was Grampian Ladies, who have now scored 12 goals in two games, this time Giffnock SC on the receiving end.
Fellow North East team Westdyke had to settle for a 1-1 draw in Airdrie, with the game stopping several time for injuries, including a suspected dislocated knee for Airdrie Ladies’ Mia Whitelaw, who is being assessed in hospital.
Elsewhere, Dundee West came from behind to beat Gleniffer Thistle 2-1 and claim their first points of the season.
