Hibernian came from a goal behind to win 5-1 against Hamilton Academical at Easter Road and go top of the Scottish Building Society SWPL 1.
The Accies forced an own-goal 10 minutes in, with a heavy deflection from an Jamie-Lee Napier’s interception but found themselves trailing 2-1 to two goals late in the first half.
Rachel McLauchlan levelled following a good run from Lisa Robertson and then Abi Harrison whipped in a cross for Amy Gallacher to head home.
Eleven minutes after the restart and it was 3-0, Shannon McGregor nodding a Robertson cross back across goal for Harrison to tap in.
Harrison’s header rebounded off the underside of the crossbar for Gallacher to net her second goal, with Harrison also providing the assist for the fifth goal which was slotted in by Kirsten Reilly.
Hibs now lead the table by three points from Glasgow City and Celtic, with the former playing away to Rangers tonight, with an 8pm mick off at New Tinto Park.
