Rossvale put nine goals past Westdyke to maintain an impressive run in the SWF Championship and keep them on course for promotion to the SWPL.
Championship top-scorer Megan Whiteford bagged an early brace, Lauren Coleman, Sarah Wardlaw and Jemma McQuillan adding one each to give the Glasgow side a commanding 5-0 lead at half time.
Wardlaw scored twice early in the second half to compete her hat-trick before Kelsey Martin sealed the deal on 71 minutes after Julie Binnie had scored a consolation for the visitors from around 25 yards out. Jane O’Toole scored Rossvale’s ninth in the last minute of the game.
Elsewhere, second-placed Ayr United kept pace with an 8-0 home victory over Hutchison Vale, while Inverness Caledonian Thistle were beaten 2-0 by Dryburgh Athletic. An injury-time goal from Holly McIndoe gave Renfrew a 2-1 victory over East Fife.
In SWF’s League One, table-toppers Forfar Farmington came from behind to beat a lively Queen of the South 3-2 at home, Stenhousemuir saw off Bonnyrigg Rose 3-0 and Airdrie won buy the same scoreline at Dundee West. St Mirren won 4-1 at home to Giffnock Soccer Centre.
In the regional SWFL, Armadale Thistle remain top of an extremely competitive East league with a 2-1 victory over nearest challengers Edinburgh South, while Glenrothes Strollers moved into second in the table and maintained their unbeaten form, coming back from 3-0 down against Linlithgow Rose to win 4-3.
Inverurie Locos remain clear in the North league with a convincing 5-0 against rivals Huntly, Ayr United Development stay top of SWFL South after beating Bishopton 8-2 and in West, Gleniffer Thistle scored six against Cumbernauld Colts without reply to close the gap on leaders Dunipace.
