Reading sign 25-year-old Canadian-born defender Mayi Kith from Swedish side Kristianstads on a deal until the end of 2023/24.

She previously played for Dynamo de Quebec, Montpellier, Metz and Reims, represented Canada at U-17 tournaments, later making the switch to Cameroon, who called her up for the 2019 World Cup.

Head coach Kelly Chambers told readingfc.co.uk“We’re delighted to welcome Easther to the club, who will provide us with another option in defence. She is someone who can hit the ground running straight away for the second half of the season, as well a long term. I’m really looking forward to working with her.”
