The former Chelsea academy product makes the move across west London ahead of the new FA Women’s Premier League (FAWPL) season.
Rangers say that Peck – who can also play a number of other positions – leaves the FA Women’s Super League (FAWSL) side after 11 years at the club. The 19 year-old helped the Blues win the FA Women’s Youth Cup in 2012 and to Elite Development Southern League title glory during the 2014/15 season.
