Derby are sixth in the Northern Division ahead of hosting third-placed Fylde but just a point behind them.
Leicester City Women are level on points with Fylde and home to Huddersfield, who reached the Plate Final while City missed out in the semis.
Bradford are a single point behind Leicester in a very tight mid-table and away at Nottingham Forest, for whom a win would go some way to securing their status.
After becoming only the second side to defeat Cardiff this season, C&K Basildon have another testing Southern Division game at home to Crystal Palace.
Lewes were boosted last week by making the Plate Final and back in the league welcome a QPR side that are three points adrift at the bottom but with a couple of gams in hand.
Midlands Division 1 leaders Loughborough Foxes go to Birmingham & West Midlands, with Sporting Khalsa in second home to the winless Loughborough Students.
TNS will go fifth by winning at Leicester City Ladies, while Rotherham and Solihull – sitting either side of City in the battle to stay up – go head to head with the Millers four points better off.

Liverpool Feds face Leeds with either having the possibility of ending the weekend up in fifth spot.

Enfield beat one of the South East’s promotion chasers (Cambridge) last week but now are up against unbeaten leaders Gillingham.
AFC Wimbledon are three points behind the Gills from a couple of games more, so in need of a victory at Actonians.
Stevenage will be wanting something from the game with Ipswich to bolster their position above the bottom two, whilse basement side Norwich take on Luton.
It’s top versus bottom in the South West, with Chichester a dozen points clear and without defeat, while Exeter have just one point to their name.
Plymouth meet Maidenhead with Argyle having enough games in hand with which to catch the top side.
Basingstoke entertain Larkhall, who only lost to an 89th-minute goal at Chichester last week.
Shanklin are in the relegation zone and seeking points towards safety against Cheltenham.
