Blackburn only need a point at home to Derby to win the Northern title with four games to spare but their visitors need points themselves in pursuit of the runners-up spot.

The other two top four sides also meet, with Leicester hosting Middlesbrough and having enough games in hand to put pressure on second-placed Boro.

Stoke and Huddersfield are only two points apart before their game, while Fylde face basement side Newcastle.

Four of the Southern’s top five play among themselves, with table-topping Tottenham home to Crystal Palace and Coventry clashing with second-placed Charlton, whom they trail by only one point.

Cardiff go to Portsmouth and are one of four sides who could lead the division by the end of play on Sunday.

Elsewhere, there’s a mid-table match between Lewes and C&K Basildon, with the hosts a point short of their visitors.

Wolves would hope to gain ground on the top two in Midlands Division 1 when they welcome lowly Loughborough Students. Birmingham & West Midlands entertain Steel City, Rotherham face Radcliffe, while Solihull look to bank some more points towards safety against Long Eaton.

Unbeaten Guiseley are looking good for the Northern Division 1 title and away to a Crewe side just above the drop zone. Hull have a tough task to catch the leaders and go to fourth-placed Chorley. Chester le Street are four points better off than visitors Liverpool Feds but have played a game more. Leeds trail Morecambe by three points ahead of their mid-table game, inform Brighouse take on Blackpool Wren Rovers looking to push towards the top half.

MK Dons lead the challenge to Gillingham’s South East leadership and play next to bottom Lowestoft. Cambridge and Wimbledon still have hopes of playing a part in the title race but both have tricky away games at Actonians and Luton respectively. The East Anglian derby sees struggling Norwich host Ipswich, while Stevenage are up against Denham.

Plymouth have little margin for error in playing catch up with South West leaders Chichester and next host Basingstoke. Larkhall are two points behind visitors Southampton Saints from as many games more, Exeter chase a first win against Brislington, who lost 5-2 at St Nicholas on Thursday. Maidenhead meet Shanklin with three points between them in the battle to stay up.
