Spurs beat Cardiff in the League Cup Final last season and Tottenham have a London derby away to West Ham to get through in order to begin their defence of the trophy. Cardiff face a long trip across to Suffolk to take on Ipswich.
Coventry won the Plate in 2015-16 and they will hope to make the Cup competition this time, having been drawn at home to South West Division 1 side Maidenhead.
Enfield had a great run to the Plate Final and if they want a crack at the Cup this term instead, they must get by their visitors from Exeter City.
Ties to be played on Sunday 4th September 2016.
