England will play the Group B runners-up in the semi-final on Wednesday, with the game live on BBC iPlayer, BBC Sport Website and uefa.tv.
Germany lead Group B on four points and meet Spain who have just the one point. Netherlands hold a similar advantage over Republic of Ireland, with both matches on Sunday at 12pm BST. They are live on UEFA.tv, while Ireland’s game is additionally on the RTE News channel and RTE Player.
