Pacheco Rejoins Doncaster

The left-back became Coates’ first signing back in June when she signed on-loan from Liverpool and the Belles say she became an instant hit with her teammates and fans.

And now, the 18-year-old is back having impressed throughout her loan spell, scoring once, in the home defeat to Sunderland, in 12 appearances.

Her performances led her to pick up the sponsors’ Player of the Season award at the Belles end of season awards.

On signing a permanent deal, Pacheco said: “In my loan spell I was playing and playing with confidence which has come from me but also from Emma and the girls here too.

“I’ve now been exposed to situations I’ve never experienced before on the pitch which has helped me develop so hopefully I can now push on.

“Emma has helped me grow as a player on and off the pitch and I’m thankful for the opportunity to continue to do that.”

Emma Coates was delighted to get the left back back to the club, saying: “She’s a great signing for us. It’s a big statement of intent.

“She’s a young player with lots of potential and when she came in on loan she made an instant impact on the team.”
