Over 1,300 fans watch Swansea City Women win 3-2 at Wrexham

Wrexham had over 1,300 at the Racecourse Ground but suffered a third straight Genero Adran Premier defeat as Swansea City went away 3-2 winners.

Swansea’s opener by Stacey John-Davis was cancelled out as Ava Suckley but Jess Williams netted two headers from set-pieces before Rosie Hughes got Wrexham’s second goal.

Briton Ferry Llansawel put five past Cardiff Met to stay top, Maia Owen and substitute Catrin Cook both with a brace.

Cardiff City are just goal-difference behind the leaders after defeating The New Saints, Lisa Owen’s second-half opener added to late on by substitute Laura Curnock.

Barry banked their first win with four unanswered goals against Aberystwyth, set up by a quickfire double close to the break.
