A High Court judge has given the club four months to clear their arrears and chairman Alan Hardy was relieved with the outcome.
He told nclfc.co.uk: “I am very grateful for the extra time permitted and now the hard work must continue to preserve the future of Notts County Ladies FC.
“We are working hard to restructure the business to make it more sustainable. It’s a very challenging business model, with low commercial revenue streams making us reliant on sponsorship and ticketing income.
“I have some exciting plans for the ladies set-up, including the implementation of an academy for girls across the county, and we will not let our plans go to waste without a fight.”
