Annabel McKechnie rifled Forest in front from distance and although the underdogs from FAWPL Midlands Division 1 were allowed to equalise, Andi Bell swiftly restored the lead for the Northern Division side.
Bell was then involved again as she set up Megan Howard to send Forest in 3-1 up at the break.
Another assist followed in the second half from Bell, picking out Elizabeta Ejupi to turn and hit a rocket into the net.
Radcliffe saw an effort of theirs crash down off the cross bar before at the other end Bell rounded the keeper and had her shot blocked on the line with Howard slotting home the rebound.
The scoring was then completed when Player of the Match Mariah Cameron found McKechnie to make it 6-1.
