New Base For Aston Villa At Tamworth FC

It means Joe Hunt’s side will ply their trade on a state-of-the-art 3G pitch, implemented last summer.

Villa had played at Sutton Coldfield Town FC for the past three seasons and their new base has a 4,000 capacity with a main stand seating over 500 spectators.

They start their WSL 2 Spring Series on Sunday 12th February at home to Watford, kick-off 2pm but first play a competitive match at Tamworth excatly a week before when Cambridge United visited for an SSE WFA Cup tie.

Tamworth FC play in the Vanarama Conference North and their Kettlebrook Road ground in near the town centre, postcode B77 1AA.
