Lincoln Moorlands Railway took the lead early in the first half at Sincil Bank, with Lorraine Churcher finding the net from the penalty spot.
They doubled their lead shortly before half-time, with Churcher’s long range shot hitting the under side of the cross bar and crossing the line.
After the break, Nettleham came out with all guns blazing and put Lincoln Moorlands Railway on the back foot instantly, turning the game around to lead 3-2 within 20 minutes.
Tia Johnson scored with a far post effort, Abbie Murrell equalised with a well placed shot and the last goal came from super sub Elise Keyworth, who controlled the ball before smashing it past the keeper.
Nettleham have now won Lincolnshire FA County Cup for a fifth successive season.
