Burnley moved six points clear with victory over Halifax, Aimee Kelly scoring in either half. Stoke went third after a second-half fightback to win at Derby, with goals from Saffron Jordan and Shannon Stamps. Stourbridge leapfrogged West Brom with a big win over the Baggies in a Black Country derby.

Hashtag United are back on top after victory in an Essex derby in which Gemma Baker scored a decisive second. MK Dons edged morning leaders Rugby by a Zoe Creaney goal, after Borough had Demi Walker sent off in the first half, followed by a red card for Angelina Nixon on 73 minutes. London Bees got off the mark with a goalless draw in the basement battle at Chatham.

Leeds beat FC United to move back level on points with the top two, York City edged above Doncaster on goal-difference when beating them 4-0 away, Jessica Gillin got a brace in the opening seven minutes as Stockport won at Chorley, Norton’s Sophie Hodgson struck a quick double into the last 16 minutes to wipe out Durham Cestria’s advantage. Eve Marshall got the only goal as Middlesbrough beat Chester le Street.

AFC Wimbledon went second with all four goals of the game at Haywards Heath, three for Ashlee Hincks and one by Emma Plewa. Actonians won a west London derby with late goals by Meila D’Santos and Tori St Clair to move above QPR into the top half. Cambridge City’s Rosy Wadhams scored as they gained a first point from a draw with AFC Sudbury, for whom Jessica Allen levelled.
