Centre Forward, Farrow, joined Chelsea in 2011 after spending five seasons at Hampshire Centre of Excellence and spent a last season on loan with Bristol City.
Youth international, Millie was named top goal scorer last season with the Vixens, even after being injured for a large part of the season.
Farrow has been unlucky with injury again this season. A scan last week confirmed she has ruptured her ACL in a friendly match a few weeks ago.
The Vixens host Reading at Bristol City FC on Saturday evening, following the men’s Championship home game.
