Manchester United have revealed that Old Trafford will host its first-ever Women’s Champions League game in November.
The Red Devils have qualified for the main phase of the competition for the first time in the club’s history.
United did this by coming from behind to beat Brann 3-1 on aggregate during the third qualifying round.
Their only previous participation in the Women’s Champions League was during the 2023-24 season. However, they were knocked out at the qualifying phase by Paris Saint-Germain.
Until now, Manchester United have played all of their home games at Leigh Sports Village.
However, in November, United players will play under the lights at Old Trafford in a huge Champions League clash.
Manchester United to face PSG at Old Trafford in the Champions League
Manchester United in an update on their official website, revealed that Old Trafford will play host to their clash with Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday, November 12th.
Their statement also confirmed that the Manchester derby in March 2026, will also be played at Old Trafford.
United in their statement wrote: “The club’s desire is to ensure the team play in front of the biggest crowds possible at Old Trafford, hence the focus on the PSG encounter, and next March’s WSL derby with Manchester City, which will also be hosted at our main ground.”
The news comes after United set a record attendance at Leigh Sports Village for their WSL clash with Arsenal.
Manchester United’s other home games in the Champions League, against Lyon and Valerenga, will be played at Leigh Sports Village.
The Red Devils will travel to Atletico Madrid, Wolfsburg and Juventus also in the Champions League.

Manchester United kick off their League Phase of the Women’s Champions League against Norwegian side Valerenga next week.

When will the Red Devils play at Old Trafford in the WSL?
Manchester United currently have two games lined up for Old Trafford in the Women’s Super League.
The Red Devils will host Aston Villa at their iconic ground on November 8th, before Manchester City travel to Old Trafford in a fixture currently set for March 29th 2026.
It matches the two WSL games that were played at Old Trafford last season against Manchester City and West Ham. A third WSL fixture at Old Trafford was initially proposed for last season against Crystal Palace, before it was moved to Leigh Sports Village.
