Manchester United lead the Barclays Women’s Super League after defeating West Ham, Arsenal are third following victory at Spurs.

Manchester United won 4-0 over West Ham to lead the table by one point from Chelsea, but from two games more.

Katie Zelem converted a penalty, before Lucia Garcia was sent through by Ella Toone for the second.

In the latter stages, Hayley Ladd netted from Ona Batlle’s cut back and Garcia got her second when Mackenzie Arnold parried a Martha Thomas effort her way.

Stina Blackstenius and Caitlin Foord gave the Gunners a 2-0 interval lead over Tottenham, Beth England replying with a penalty.

Kim Little made it 3-1 with another spot-kick, before Caitlin Foord and Frida Maanum added a goal each.
