London City Lionesses vs Liverpool preview
Despite it being early in the season, both of these teams look likely to be fighting it out at the bottom of the table this year.
London City Lionesses have taken a while to adjust to the pace of the top flight but they have had a difficult schedule to start the season.
The newly-promoted side has already faced Manchester City, Arsenal and Manchester United and they suffered losses to all three.
London City have still managed to pick up one win this season though as a brace from Isobel Goodwin secured the club’s first three points in the WSL.

After their win against the Toffees, London City manager Jocelyn Precheur stated that his team is ready to kick on in the league with Liverpool up next.
Liverpool are in a similar boat to the Lionesses already, having lost all three of their league games so far.
The Reds have played one less game than anyone else in the WSL after their clash against Aston Villa was postponed following the tragic passing of former manager Matt Beard.
Gareth Taylor’s team returned to action last week but they lost 2-0 to United in yet another disappointing result.
With no points in the WSL after their three games, Liverpool are currently rock bottom of the WSL.

London City Lionesses vs Liverpool prediction
Both of these teams have struggled to start the season but London City can be excused following a difficult fixture run.
Although it should be a close game, we are backing the Lionesses to come out on top for their second win of the season.
Liverpool have been dire to start their campaign and with just one goal to their name so far, they might struggle to score once again.
