England finished their perfect qualifying campaign for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup with a 10-0 win over Luxembourg.

A sell-out crowd at Stoke City saw Georgia Stanway convert a tenth-minute penalty, before Alessia Russo turned in a Leah Williamson cross.

Alex Greenwood hit the post but Stanway got her second when firing home Beth Mead’s cutback, Rachel Daly headed in via a corner, with Mead making it 5-0 by the break.

Beth England came off the bench to score from another Mead delivery, Nikita Parris fired home and then won a penalty which Ella Toone put away.

Substitute Lauren Hemp netted from close range, England’s bullet header taking the Lionesses goal tally for the night to ten.
