Leicester City WFC Have signed a three year deal with Quorn FC to move their home games to Farley Way Stadium.
Starting from September, Leicester will be playing on the new ‘state-of-the-art’ 3G pitch complete with brand new LED Floodlighting.
Leicester’s first FAWPL game at Farley Way Stadium will be on 10th September 10th as third hosts second from last season’s Northern Division, when Middlesbrough visit.
Manager Jonathan Morgan commented on lcwfc.com; “This move is great for Leicester City Women, the ground boasts some impressive facilities including the brand new pitch.
It shows we are still moving forward as a club both on and off the pitch. We’re all excited to get the season started and show what we can do here.”
