Liverpool Ladies FC are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Technical Director to lead on the Technical delivery within the Tier 1 Regional Talent Centre (RTC). The successful candidate will be hold a UEFA A License and other associated FA qualifications suitable for working with younger age groups in a developmental role.
In recent years Liverpool Ladies RTC has established itself as one of the leading RTC’s in the North of England, with players from across the age groups being selected and identified as potential future national team players. Liverpool has also developed a strong development pathway with players moving through the Club and into the senior teams within the Club. The Technical Director will be responsible for ensuring this success continues.
Reprting in to the Liverpool Ladies Assistant Manager, it is also requested that the successful candidate will bring with them previous experience working within Elite youth football and experience of working within a long-term player development philosophy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This is a permanent role and involves working 16 hours per week, on a 4 from 7 day basis. This role includes working evenings, weekends and Club fixtures.
